 Cynthia Nesselroade comes to education with an understanding of communication, motivation, and human need.
She has focused her career in education on the processes of literacy and learning. Her desire to motivate and to reach and to teach, those, she refers to, as "in hiding" ; to help them set and achieve their goals, is what distinguishes her work in collegial coaching .
Cynthia uses humor and practicality to inspire children and adults to want to learn and grow. Her goal is to bring children, teachers, and education to a path of success and achievement.
